Mentoring

Two processes for different moments in life.

Cover reading “Mentoria: compreenda quem você é, transforme a forma como você vive” (Mentoring: understand who you are, transform the way you live), with Cristina Moret in a black suit, in a bright room

We don’t always need therapy. There are times when we need a focused space to better understand who we are and how we work, or to get through an experience that has marked us.

That is why I developed two mentoring programs with different purposes: Identity and Grief and Loss.

Self-knowledge

Identity Mentoring

Understand how you work and how you respond to life.

Identity Mentoring is a self-knowledge process based on the Temperament Test.

As you understand your temperament, you begin to see more clearly your tendencies, your strengths, your difficulties and the way you usually think, feel, act and react in life’s situations.

This is not about putting you in a category, but about better understanding the way you work and recognizing patterns that influence your choices, your relationships and your responses.

How does it work?

Identity Mentoring takes place over 8 one-on-one sessions.

The process includes:

  • Professional Temperament Test
  • One-on-one feedback on your test
  • 5 mentoring sessions
  • A deeper look at how you work and at your patterns
  • Focused reflections based on your reality

It is a process for those who want to know themselves better and understand how their temperament shapes the way they live and relate to others.

Difficult experiences

Grief and Loss Mentoring

For those who have been through something difficult and need to understand what they are living.

Some experiences change the way we see life.

A bereavement, a loss, a breakup, a crisis or an especially hard season can leave questions, feelings and marks that we cannot always sort out on our own.

Grief and Loss Mentoring was created to walk alongside people who have been through experiences like these and want to better understand what happened, recognize what this experience has produced in their life and find ways to move forward.

This is not about erasing your story or simply “getting over” what happened. It is a space to look at this experience with awareness, understand its impact and build new possibilities from it.

How does it work?

Grief and Loss Mentoring takes place over 8 one-on-one sessions, conducted in a structured way and focused on each person’s reality.

Throughout the process, we work on aspects such as:

  • The experience you lived through and its impact
  • Grief and different kinds of loss
  • Difficult emotions and feelings
  • Changes in identity after a loss
  • Patterns that can emerge after painful experiences
  • Relationships and changes brought about by the crisis
  • Rebuilding and new meanings
  • Ways to move forward with greater awareness

The process also includes the Temperament Test, which helps you understand how you tend to function and react to situations, broadening your perception of your responses during this time.

Who is it for?

For those who have been through a loss, a bereavement, a crisis or a difficult experience and feel the need for focused support to understand and get through this moment.

Mentoring is not an emergency service and does not replace medical or psychiatric care. If you are in immediate danger, contact the emergency services in your country (911 in the United States).
